libcgraph6 software package provides rich set of graph drawing tools - cgraph library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgraph6
libcgraph6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgraph6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgraph6 *
You will get with libcgraph6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
